From subtle pastel-pinks, to juicy apricots and fiery oranges, their neat mounds of dark foliage form a perfect backdrop to the big, shiny flowers. The domes of robust foliage are densely filled with flowers held close to the plant. With non-stop blooms from June to autumn, Begonia ‘Iconia Citrus Shades Collection’ add a touch of magic to garden displays whether grown in containers or beds. Height and spread: 30cm (12in).

Our garden ready plants are selected for garden performance, straight from the nursery. We send ours before they flower, hardened off, at the perfect time for planting out. Plants will establish quickly and all their energy goes into producing better roots, so they produce more flowers throughout the season. Choose a sunny or semi shaded position that is protected from strong winds.
More Info Feed and water plants frequently throughout the growing season taking care not to over-water, as this will cause new flower buds to drop. Deadhead the single female flowers to encourage more of the large double male flowers to be produced. At the end of the growing season the leaves and stems will yellow and fall off naturally. Reduce watering to prevent begonia plants from rotting at this stage. When the stems have all dropped away, dig out the tubers. Clean and dry them before storing them away in peat or sand at 7-15C (45-60F) until they can be replanted next February.
