Description
Aronia melanacarpa ‘Professor Ed’ is deciduous shrub which produces white blooms in May, which are then followed by black berries in the autumn. As the autumn arrives the foliage will turn to a stunning shade of orange-red tones. The berries are edible but are quite sharp, so they are used more commonly for jellies and jams. Height and spread 120cm (48”).
