Pinus mugo subsp. uncinata 'Heideperle' is an upright conifer with a pleasing conical, dome-shape at maturity. The orange-brown stems are densely covered with short, narrow needles. An attractive display of oval, pale brown cones stand out beautifully among the evergreen foliage. This slow growing Pine is adaptable and tolerates a wide range of growing conditions. A superb choice for creating structure and texture in rockeries and small gardens. Height: 100cm (39"). Spread: 200cm (78").

How to Grow
Grow Pines in any well-drained soil in full sun. Most Pines will tolerate dry conditions and exposed locations once established. Alternatively grow smaller species in large containers, using a good soil-based compost mix.

Once established, Pines require no pruning or maintenance.
