Description
Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Brigitt' is a beautiful dwarf Japanese Hinoki. As it is small it is ideal for a smaller garden or perhaps a container pot for a patio. It has rich green foliage which is squashed into chubby threads and fan-shaped extensions. They look lovely in rock gardens too. Height and spread 1m (39”).

How to Grow
Grow Cypress trees in moist, well drained soil. Chamaecyparis prefers a neutral or acid soil but does tolerate chalky soils well. Choose a position in full sun.
More Info
Once established, Cypress trees require virtually no maintenance. When grown as a hedge, prune Chamaecyparis at any time between late spring and early autumn, taking care not to prune into older wood.
