How to Grow
Delightful spilling over walls or frothing around the edges of containers, Phlox douglasii 'Rosea' is a low-growing, spreading alpine that is ideal for rockeries and groundcover. Masses of dainty flowers in varying shades of pale pink blanket the neat cushion of fine evergreen foliage in late spring and early summer. A reliable hardy perennial that needs only a light trim after flowering, this gorgeous creeping phlox is perfect paired with dwarf lavenders for a stunning container display! Height: 10cm (4in). Spread: 40cm (16in).

Plant Creeping Phlox into fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or part shade. Feed with a liquid fertiliser during the growing season and lightly trim plants back after flowering to maintain a neat and compact shape. Clumps can be lifted and divided in autumn.
More Info Once established, Phlox douglasii is reasonably drought tolerant and requires little attention, except occasional watering during particularly dry periods.
