Description

A striking and unusual bicolour, Lychnis coronaria 'Oculata' produces masses of white flowers with rose-pink centres, held aloft on airy silver stems throughout summer. The silver-grey felted leaves provide year-round interest, and bees are attracted to the nectar- and pollen-rich flowers,. Trouble-free and easy to grow, rose campion puts on a stunning display from June right through to early autumn, with blooming prolonged by regular deadheading. If allowed, this fabulous short-lived perennial will self-seed to establish beautiful self-sustaining drifts. Height: 80cm (31in). Spread: 45cm (18in).
