Hypericum kalmianum 'Cobalt-n-Gold' has inexhaustible seasonal interest! This mound-forming deciduous shrub makes a bright display in sunny borders, with a covering of golden-yellow blooms each summer. The dazzling flowers sit above its silvery-green foliage making an eye-catching contrast.

By autumn, this hard-working shrub has transformed to shades of red and gold, accompanied by a host of autumn berries. As the leaves fall they reveal its orange-red bark that provides lovely winter interest. Perfect for sunny, free draining borders! Height and spread: 50cm (20”).

How to Grow
Plant St. John’s Wort in any garden soil and in a position that is sheltered from cold winds. Hypericum is a versatile plant coping well in poor, dry soils and even thriving in deep shade.
More Info
Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season while young Hypericums plants become established. Mature plants require little attention throughout the growing season. After flowering, lightly prune evergreen Hypericum plants to remove any damaged or dead growth and maintain a pleasing shape.
