An unusual dwarf Clethra, which is uncommon in the UK, but is well worth growing in your garden. Clethra plants play host to summer spikes of clove-scented, creamy white flowers during the height of summer, which look similar to Hebe blooms.
Clethra alnifolia 'Hummingbird' is bushy and upright, adding structure to the back of a mixed cottage garden border. They are maintenance-free and this compact variety has a much more dense habit, and more flowers, than other Clethra. Height and Spread: 120cm (48").
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
