Description
Crocus ‘Pickwick’ boasts particularly large flowers, pinstriped in purple and white with dazzling golden anthers. This is a vigorous variety, making a useful choice for growing in bold drifts where it will quickly spread to create colourful colonies. Dutch Crocus are renowned for their resilience, toughing out the cold weather from as early as February! Perfect for planting en masse throughout the front of borders or dotting about rockeries and spring containers. Height: 10cm (4"). Spread: 5cm (2").

How to Grow
Grow crocus in any well drained garden soil in sun or semi shade. Spring flowering crocus bulbs should be planted during the autumn, in large clumps at a depth of 10cm (4") and at a distance of 7cm (3") apart. Alternatively grow them in containers or naturalised in grass.
More Info
Allow the strap like foliage to die back naturally after flowering. Avoid mowing areas of grass where crocus are naturalised until they have completely died back.
