Description

A charming cottage garden perennial. Throughout summer, large, slender bells, flushed and speckled with purple-pink, dangle daintily from long, bronze stems. This clump-forming perennial is perfect for the front of a border, its multitude of bells cascading over and softening edges. It is particularly useful for those shadier, north or east-facing areas of the garden. As with other campanulas, it makes a great choice for wildlife-friendly gardens, the flowers attracting a host of pollinators. Height: 45cm (18"). Spread: 60cm (24").

How to Grow
Grow Campanula punctata in any moist, fertile, well drained, non-acidic soil. Campanula will thrive in sun or semi shade.
More Info
Water regularly until Bellflower plants are fully established. Support tall Campanula flower stems with garden canes as they grow. After flowering, cut plants back to remove faded Campanula flowers to prevent them self seeding, and to promote a second flush of blooms.
