Description
Spiraea are popular deciduous shrubs for their summer panicles of fluffy blooms which are loved by pollinating insects. Spiraea x billardii has pink flowers in July and August with a background of green foliage. An easy to grow, resilient shrub for a wildlife garden or sunny border. Height: 2.5m (8'). Spread: 2m (7').

How to Grow
Grow Spiraea in a sunny position, in any fertile, moist, well-drained soil.
More Info
For best performance, prune flowered shoots of Spiraea plants immediately after flowering. Mature specimens can be cut back by a quarter of the old shoots to the base.
