How to Grow
Plant Ipheion bulbs from September to November at a depth of about 8cm (3"), spacing them 5cm (2") apart. These bulbs will perform best in a sunny position in fertile, moist, well drained soil that does not dry out. Alternatively plant them in patio containers. Caution: Irritant to skin and eyes.
More Info
Allow foliage to die back naturally before removing so that the bulbs can retain their vigour for the following season. A layer of dry mulch, such as bark chips will benefit the bulbs during the winter months, offering them extra protection in severe weather.
