Garlic ‘Kingsland Wight’ is a perfectly formed, white skinned bulb with pink cloves. One of the ‘Creole’ varieties of garlic, it originates from Spain and is prized for its superior taste. Hardneck varieties of garlic are generally agreed to be more complex in flavour than the softneck varieties commonly found in the supermarket, with each variety having its own unique characteristics. Garlic ‘Kingsland Wight’ has good storage life and should keep you cooking with home-grown garlic until the February after harvest. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 15cm (6").
Culinary Herb note: Some parts of these plants are edible and can be used as herbs to add flavour and colour to your meals. For more details about edible flowers click here.
