Accent your home with this unusual house plant. Also known as Coral Cactus, this spiny-looking Euphorbia lactea 'Cristata' is a low maintenance tender variety which makes a contemporary and easy living feature in the home. The stems are irregular, many of which develop a curved fan shape similar to sea coral. The stems have white marbling and are edged with a contrasting reddish hue which really highlights their unusual, varied shapes. This variety will appreciate a position in your home which received plenty of sunlight. Its undemanding, drought tolerant nature means you only have to water it very occasionally when the soil is completely dry. Height: 35cm (14”). Spread: 15cm (6”).

Grow cacti in full light with some shelter from the hottest sun. An average temperature of 10- 23C (50-75F) is ideal. Many Cacti can tolerate lower temperatures down to a minimum of 5C (40F).
More Info Cactus plants are slow growing so patience is required. In summer, water cacti regularly with soft water or rain water. Allow the compost to dry out slightly between watering. Avoid leaving Cacti in standing water as this will cause them to rot. House plants should be fed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth. In winter, while the plant is dormant, gradually reduce watering and allow the compost to remain dry.
