Description
How to Grow
Deutzia x hybrida ‘Tokyo Delight’ is a compact variety perfect for smaller gardens, front of border positions or growing in patio containers. Fine cascading branches clothed in small leaves see a profusion of dainty pink and white bi-coloured flowers from mid spring to early summer. In autumn, the foliage takes on purple tones. Height and spread: 70cm (28in).

Grow Deutzia in any moist, fertile, well drained soil in full sun.
More Info Feed and water Deutzia plants regularly until fully established. Once established, Deutzia shrubs will require little attention. After flowering, cut back the flowered shoots to a pair of healthy buds. On mature plants, remove a fifth of the oldest shoots from the base of the plant. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure or other organic matter around the base of the plant after pruning.
