Our walk-in aluminium fruit and vegetable cages are designed to provide comprehensive protection and convenience for your garden. Each cage comes fully equipped with a door, poles, ground anchors, netting, pegs, and clips, ensuring you have everything you need to set up your garden enclosure effectively. Standing at an ample height of 1.9 meters (6 ft 3 in), these cages provide plenty of space to comfortably walk and work underneath. For those planning to place their garden cage in windy areas, corner braces may be required for added stability.
The framework of our walk-in cages is constructed using robust, UV-stabilised joiners, which enhance the structure's strength and durability, making it capable of withstanding various weather conditions. Each cage includes a door that can be conveniently fitted on any side, offering flexible access to the enclosure. The kits are designed for ease of assembly and come complete with anchors for extra stability. Additionally, kits that include netting come with netting clips and steel pegs to secure the netting firmly in place.
One of the key benefits of our garden fruit cages is their ability to protect your fruit from birds and other animals while allowing bees to enter for pollination. Thompson & Morgan strives to ensure that all its plants are delivered to you in the perfect condition for planting. While the majority of our nursery plants cope well with slight delays in intransit, sadly, the time it takes to deliver to certain locations in the UK means that we can't guarantee this for some of our smaller plug products and tender bedding and vegetable lines, which do not respond well to the extra journey time.
