Description
Commonly known as Lamb’s Ears or Bunnies Ears, for obvious reason! The soft furry foliage is extremely tactile making it quite impossible to resist. Stachys byzantina 'Silky Fleece' is a delightfully dwarf selection with a tiny silver leaves that form dense, evergreen groundcover. The short, upright spikes of plum-purple flowers are borne throughout the summer and loved by pollinating insects. With a slow, creeping habit, this compact hardy perennial is perfectly proportioned for alpine troughs, rockeries or edging paths and borders. Height: 5cm (2"). Spread: 30cm (12").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
