Description

This multiple award-winning rose radiates warmth with its glowing palette of gold, coral and orange. A hybrid tea variety, it also shares characteristics with floribunda varieties, combining generous blooming with a small stature.

Dense, very double blooms, 8-10cm wide, are held in small clusters on an upright, bushy rose with glossy dark green leaves. This compact variety is ideal for patio containers or smaller gardens, earning its space with its successive flushes of blooms from summer to autumn. Excellent disease resistance and heat tolerance promises a trouble-free garden performance. Height: 70cm (28in). Spread: 40cm (16in).

How to Grow
Plant bareroot roses at the earliest opportunity following delivery. To avoid the risk from the build-up of harmful soil organisms and disease, choose an open position in full sun that has not been planted with roses in recent years. Roses enjoy a rich, fertile, well drained soil. Dig in plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting roses and add a small handful of granular fertiliser to the planting hole.
More Info
Feed and water rose plants regularly and deadhead faded flowers. When growing roses it is necessary to remove any suckers that arise from the base of the plant, below the graft union. In winter, begin pruning floribunda roses by removing dead and diseased wood, and any rubbing or damaged branches. Then reduce the stems to 20cm (10") above ground level. Side shoots should be reduced to two buds. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure or compost to the base of the plant after pruning.
