Description
Spread the love with our Petunia Amore™ 'Queen of Hearts'! Take a close look and you'll see there are five striking red hearts on each bloom. Blooming from early spring until late autumn, this spectacular petunia will perform its heart out in pots, baskets and mixed containers. The bright red hearts contrast beautifully with the golden yellow stripes that create a central 'star' on each flower. 'Queen of Hearts' manages to keep its bushy and upright habit, even after a downpour of summer rain! Why not try it in one of our gorgeous patio pots or hanging baskets where its semi-trailing habit will transform your patio or terrace into a colourful summer haven? Height: 30cm (12").

The Petunia 'Amore™ Queen of Hearts' Collection includes: 12 Postiplug plants, 1 x 30cm BloomAround Hanging Basket and 100g Petunia Fertiliser.

Designed by gardeners, for gardeners, the BloomAround basket features a large, built-in reservoir which holds more water than previous models; this helps to minimise watering and prevent your baskets from drying out - therefore giving better and longer-lasting results. The BloomAround basket is robust and durable so that you can use it year after year.

Diameter: 30cm (12in) with 3 way chain, suitable for 13+ plants

How to Grow
Pot up petunia plants and grow them on in warm frost-free conditions for transplanting later on. Alternatively, plant plugs directly into flower pouches.Pinch out the growing tip of each stem to encourage branching and form a bushier plant which will produce more flowers later on. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days, before transplanting them outdoors into baskets, window boxes and containers in well drained soil, in full sun.
More Info
Feed and water petunia plants regularly, particularly during hot, dry periods. Regular deadheading of petunia flowers will encourage further blooms to be produced throughout the summer.

For more information on how we send your plants please visit our Helpful Guide on plant sizes.

Thompson & Morgan strives to ensure that all its plants are delivered to you in the perfect condition for planting. While the majority of our nursery plants cope well with slight delays in intransit, sadly, the time it takes to deliver to certain locations in the UK means that we can't guarantee this for some of our smaller plug products and tender bedding and vegetable lines, which do not respond well to the extra journey time. So regretfully while we offer the majority of our live plant offering nationwide, we are unable to ship plugs, begging plants and tender vegetable plants to the following areas: HS, IV41-IV49, IV51, IV55-56, KW15-KW17, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-PA78, PA80, PH40-PH44, TR21-TR24, ZE1-ZE3
