Calciworms (also known as Calcium Worms) are the larvae of the Black Soldier Beetle (Hermetia illucens). Calciworms are incredibly high in calcium, containing 20 to 40 times more calcium than dried mealworms. They are also packed with protein, energy-giving fat and amino acids.  

Birds adore calciworms. We recommend feeding them from a special Mealworm Feeder, from a bird table or in a ground feeder. Their high nutritional value makes them a preferred choice for many bird species, encouraging frequent visits to gardens where they are offered.
