Description
Cyclamen ‘Persian’ makes a dainty festive display for a tabletop, windowsill or fireplace. Cyclamen ‘Persian’ showcases a unique flower shape with downward-facing, cherry-red petals revealing contrasting white sepals, creating a red-and-white colour scheme. The exquisite, jewel-like flowers hover above neat mounds of tidy foliage and last for weeks. Height and spread: 30cm (12in).

How to Grow
Cyclamen require cool conditions, well away from central heating. Position them in bright light away from the direct glare of the sun. A bright porch, conservatory or spare room is ideal, with a temperature range from 10C (50F) - 18C (65F).
More Info

Water Indoor Cyclamen regularly between autumn and spring, to keep the compost reliably moist. Use tepid rainwater where possible, and allow the pot to drain well after each watering. Avoid overwatering as this may cause the plant to rot. House plants should be fed regularly while in active growth.

Florist’s Cyclamen are often treated as annuals, and discarded after flowering. However, they may be encouraged back into flower the following year if given a dry dormant season during the summer months. After flowering, allow the foliage to die back and stop feeding and watering until you see the first signs of growth in late autumn.
