Description
‘Blue Cloud’ is a beautiful large deciduous shrub, striking and eye-catching with its purple-red stems, contrasting green foliage, and in the early spring white arching blooms pop up! As the autumn comes the leave will turn to a shade or orange and red, and then followed by blue berries, adding even more to this shrub in the autumn months. They are low maintenance and ideal in borders and cottage gardens. It will thrive in most soils and should be planted in sun or partial shade. Height and spread 400cm (157").

How to Grow
Grow Cornus plants in any well drained soil. Choose a position in full sun.
More Info
Feed and water dogwoods regularly until fully established. Once established, they will require less attention. To encourage plenty of colourful stems, Dogwood will need regular pollarding in early spring. Cut back all dogwood stems to 3 buds above soil level or to a permanent low framework. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure or other organic matter around the base of the plant after pruning. Caution: Dogwood berries are harmful if eaten. Irritant to skin and eyes.
