Description

Add a splash of vibrant late summer and autumn colour to your borders or containers with Chrysanthemum ‘Conella Orange’. Forming a bushy, rounded plant with masses of large, long-lasting bright orange blooms that are ideal for cutting, this half-hardy perennial makes a great low-maintenance bedding plant that will take centre stage just as the garden’s summer colours begin to fade. Height: 45-60cm (18in-24in). Spread: 30-90cm (12-36in).

How to Grow
Plant Chrysanthemums out in borders and containers in fertile, well drained soil. Choose a position in full sun.
More Info
Water regularly until hardy chrysanthemums are fully established. In late autumn the application of a deep mulch will help to protect the crowns of the plants over winter. Leave the flowered stems intact until spring as these will also offer some winter protection. In very cold areas overwinter plants in a greenhouse.
