Ceanothus 'Blue Sapphire' is a compact, spreading evergreen shrub whose arching stems are cloaked with small, glossy leaves in a very dark green with a hint of bronze. In late spring and early summer, the plant becomes smothered with tight, rounded clusters of tiny, vivid cobalt-blue flowers, creating a stunning spectacle that is relished by bees. Fully hardy, this low-maintenance shrub thrives in a sunny, well-drained spot. Height: 1.2cm (4ft). Spread: 2m (6½ft).
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
